Abstract of 150–250 words describing the session and key takeaways.

Preferred format, target theme and intended audience level.

Co-presenter details and confirmation that all speakers can attend in person.
Relevance to the delegate audience and conference themes.
Originality — new thinking, real data or a genuinely fresh angle.
Practical takeaways delegates can apply in their organisation.
Clarity and quality of the submitted abstract.
Balance across topics, formats, industries and speaker backgrounds.
Sessions that are primarily product demonstrations or sales pitches will not be accepted. Vendor and partner speakers are welcome when the content is genuinely educational.
